At the heart of the game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a completely fictional exciting story, carefully created to please all players.
Sony Interactive Entertainment decided not to sell Call of Duty: Modern Warfare in the Russian PlayStation Store. We look forward to the release of Modern Warfare in the digital version for PCs in battle.net and on Xbox consoles on October 25th.

Previously, the shooter page reappeared on the PS Store, but without specifying the price and purchase possibility. Apparently, it was still a technical malfunction, and not a prerequisite for the return of the game to the store.
Activision also after retailers confirmed that the game will not be officially available in Russian retail at all – it can only be bought in digital services.
PlayStation Russia has not officially commented on its decision.
Despite the lack of a game in the Russian PS Store, it can still be purchased by registering accounts in other countries – including Ukraine, where Russian-language voice acting will be available.
Modern Warfare disappeared from the Russian PS Store in mid-September – Sony canceled both beta tests of the game on the PS4 and returned the players money for pre-orders. At the same time, the company ceased to provide advertising support for the shooter after E3 – when the Russian media began to criticize the game trailer for the positive display of the White Helmets organization.
