Flexible Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 screens get bigger
There are fresh leaks about the successor of the first Samsung smartphone with a flexible screen – Galaxy Fold model. The second generation of the device will receive larger displays.
The small screen, which is used in the closed position of the device, will grow from 4.6 to 6.23 inches (resolution 2267 × 819). Judging by the sketches, it will still be very elongated vertically and at the same time quite narrow.
The main screen, flexible, will receive a diagonal of 7.7 inches (resolution 2213 × 1689) instead of the current 7.3. Moreover, the display will support a refresh rate of 120 Hz and the S Pen stylus, however, there is no certainty about this yet.
Samsung plans to sell three million Galaxy Fold 2s in a year. The device’s premiere is expected on August 5, along with the presentation of the Galaxy Note20.
