Can’t find some purchases and charges in the App Store on iPhone. Where else can I see all the spending from my account?

To get started, review your App Store shopping list on iPhone.

1. Go to the App Store app .

2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

3. Select the Purchases section .

All app purchases and downloads from this device and other devices linked to your Apple ID will be displayed here.

If any of the purchases is not displayed in this menu, do the following:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com .

2. Log in with your Apple ID account.

3. See a list of downloads and purchases from all devices in this account over the past few months.

Here you can also dispute the wrong purchase and leave a complaint about the incorrect debiting of funds.

If any purchases do not appear in this list, then they were made from other Apple ID accounts.

These can be accounts of your family members who use Family Sharing . To view their purchases, you will have to log in under their accounts.

Or it can be purchases from your device, but using a different Apple ID account , for example, in the App Store in other regions. To view these purchases, you will again need to log in to a different account.

If that still doesn’t help you find the unknown purchase or determine the reason for the charge, contact Apple Support .

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
