In the United States, two private companies are working on a manned spacecraft to deliver astronauts into orbit to the ISS. We recently talked about the not entirely successful attempt to launch the Boeing CST-100 Starliner . And today, Elon Musk shared a conceptual video of his system from the Falcon 9 booster rocket and the Dragon manned spacecraft.
The video shows how the astronauts will take their places in the cockpit, how it will be launched and put into orbit, docking with the ISS and returning to Earth.

Also in the comments under the video, Elon noted that the Crew Dragon will be physically ready by February 2020. Then he will be delivered to Cape Canaveral. But going through all security verification procedures will take several months.
Is this likely in February?
