The manufacturer said that he already has experience in cooperation with developers of Russian software. Samsung preinstalls the mail service and the Yandex search engine on smartphones.

In January, the FAS decided on a plan for the law to enter into force. From July 1, software pre-installation will be mandatory for smartphones, from July 1, 2021 – for tablets, from July 2022 – for computers, and in 2023, the rules will begin to apply to Smart TV.

In early February, the Association of Trading Companies and Manufacturers of Household and Computer Equipment (RATEK) requested the FAS to postpone the entry into force of the law until January 1, 2021.
