Also on the NGON channel showed the settings of the PC version.
Patch 1.0.2 for Assassins Creed Valhalla will be released on November 10, as soon as the game itself becomes available. It will take up relatively little disk space. How much the patch itself will weigh is not specified.
- Xbox Series X | S: ~ 45 gigabytes
- Xbox One: ~ 44 gigabytes
- PS5: ~ 45 GB
- PS4: ~ 45 GB
- PC: ~ 45 gigabytes
The day one patch traditionally includes bug fixes and general stability and performance improvements, but it also contains content.
So, with the patch, the Animus database will appear in the game, which will be called the codex. It contains tutorials and information about the game world.
At the same time, a video was released on the NGON channel, which tells about all the options in the game settings on PC – some of them will be on consoles.
The settings are quite basic: as in other Ubisoft games, the player can see how much graphical options affect the load on the CPU and GPU, and adjust the game interface to their preferences.
Also in the gameplay tab, you can see that the player can optionally enable a guaranteed one-hit kill with a hidden blade. If you turn it off, then with hidden attacks you will need to press the button at the right time so that the enemy will die with one blow.
Players will also be able to turn off animations showing damage to the insides of the enemy. Apparently, there are not so many of them – from the game files we have already managed to get all the videos, which take 30 seconds in total.
In addition to this, in the difficulty settings, you can also separately select how vigilant the guards are when the main character is in stealth. This will complicate the stealth-style playthrough of the game.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is out on November 10.
